Spinal decompression uses a specialized mechanical treatment table during your hands-on chiropractic session. The tables offers the ability to create flexion and distraction motions, which is highly effective in conditions such as spinal stenosis and arthritis; sciatica; spinal nerve impingements (radiculopathies); and many other conditions. Your chiropractor will direct you to book this appointment if indicated during your Initial Assessment.

Specifically designed for youth athletes, this class incorporates elements designed to elevate overall health, fitness & mental health resilience. These sessions include practical education and training for youth for injury prevention, strength & conditioning, nutrition, and mindset & sports. This is a class led by a chiropractor with experience in injury assessment and rehabilitation, training for performance and lifelong wellness strategies. The class is $120 for 8 sessions. If you choose to have this covered by your chiropractic insurance (if available), you will need to book a 15-minute movement assessment (bookable online with Dr. Adam Blanchard) prior to the first class. If your insurance covers the costs of the assessment and the class, the credit card payment will be refunded directly to you.
