Vienna's passion for chiropractic care began with a fascination for the human body and its incredible ability to heal and thrive through movement. This curiosity led her to study Kinesiology at McMaster University, where she developed a deeper appreciation for human movement and evidence-based healthcare. She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to help people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
Her approach to care is centered around education, rehabilitation, communication, and evidence-informed manual therapy techniques (soft tissue, mobilizations, adjustments etc.) . She believes movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine, and that lasting results come from understanding your body—not just treating symptoms. All of her treatment plans are developed collaboratively, with your goals, lifestyle, and preferences guiding the process. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, you'll often find her coaching and training at F45 in Hamilton! She also enjoys exploring local restaurants, hiking Hamilton's waterfalls, rollerblading, skiing, reading in her hammock, and spending quality time with family and friends.

This appointment is for contemporary acupuncture with one of our chiropractors! It takes the principles of ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses present-day, scientific understanding of the human body to increase the effectiveness of the treatment. The acupuncture needles are placed in condition-specific areas and most times, a small electrical device will be attached to the needles to aid in the effectiveness of the treatment. These small, painless electrical impulses help regulate the muscle innervation and in turn, increase muscle function. Acupuncture is a very effective treatment for muscle pain and injury. Examples include but are not limited to; rotator cuff injuries, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain and headaches. Please note, this acupuncture treatment will be billed under chiropractic.
