Medical imaging of pelvic organs including uterus, ovaries and adnexa. A valid SK health card and requisition form are required and must be presented at time of exam.

Medical imaging of the epididymis and testes. A valid SK health card and requisition form are required and must be presented at time of exam.

Includes being provided a sick note for work/school. Sick notes in advance are not offered and an in-person appointment is required.

Book for simple procedures including: suture/staple removal, dressing changes, wart removal, ear irrigation, etc.

Includes review of current chronic pain management strategies, possible changes to medications/treatment plan, and/or referral as necessary.
