Dr. Waylon Chen is a chiropractor with a strong foundation in movement, performance, and evidence-informed care. He completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, where his experience as a competitive volleyball player sparked a lasting interest in strength and conditioning. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, along with a diploma in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University.
Dr. Waylon takes a collaborative, results-driven approach to care, working closely with patients—and alongside other healthcare practitioners—to help individuals move better, recover efficiently, and perform at their best. His treatment style integrates spinal and extremity manipulation, soft tissue therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture, and targeted rehabilitation, with an emphasis on education to support long-term injury prevention and performance.
Outside the clinic, Waylon remains actively involved in the local sports community, coaching club volleyball teams across the GTA. He also enjoys staying active through volleyball, running, golf, and strength training. He is fluent in Cantonese.

Compression Socks Assessment is a 40 min assessment for new patients looking to determine if compression socks would be helpful for you. If you purchase orthotics, the assessment fee is subtracted from the price of the compression socks.
This 40-minute assessment is designed for patients interested in custom orthotics to help improve foot mechanics, posture, comfort, and overall movement. During the appointment, your practitioner will complete a detailed assessment of your feet, gait, posture, biomechanics, and movement patterns to determine whether custom orthotics are appropriate for your needs. We assess how your feet and lower body function during standing and walking, as well as how this may be contributing to pain, discomfort, or performance limitations. Custom orthotics may help support a variety of concerns, including: Foot pain and arch discomfort Plantar fasciitis Heel pain Knee, hip, or low back pain Flat feet or high arches Standing or walking discomfort Sports and activity-related strain Postural imbalances Fatigue with prolonged standing or activity If orthotics are recommended, a custom fitting and scan/impression will be completed to create personalized orthotics designed specifically for your feet, footwear, and lifestyle needs. Our goal is to help improve comfort, support better movement mechanics, and reduce stress on the body during daily activities, work, and exercise.
