Dr. Wendy Martin is a chiropractor and co-owner of Westwood Health. She loves helping people move better and feel better — whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing everyday aches, or simply wanting to stay active and strong.
Using a mix of gentle and effective techniques — including joint adjustments (manual or Activator instrument), mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, taping, exercises, and education — Dr. Martin tailors care to each person’s needs and comfort level. Her goal is always to make care approachable, supportive, and effective for every age and stage of life.
Dr. Martin lives nearby with her family and their dog, and feels lucky to be part of the vibrant east end communities of Pape Village, Riverdale, the Danforth, and Leslieville. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys walking, weight training, and skiing — her favourite ways to keep moving and recharge.
