Dr Wendy is a Naturopathic Doctor that is passionate about empowering her patients. She believes the best way we do that is by striving to be the best version of ourselves. As a Naturopathic doctor, she addresses your complaints by taking a holistic approach to your health. Optimal health involves a balance between mental, physical and emotional factors and illness can manifest if any of these factors are out of control.
Dr Romano earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and went on to study at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster. As a student of Naturopathic Medicine, she received extensive training in nutrition, nutraceutical and botanical medicine prescription, lifestyle counselling. Training at Boucher was also very intensive in anatomical sciences and physical medicine, which strengthened her knowledge and clinical skills in sports medicine.
