Dr. Wilson was born and raised in London, Ontario. During highschool he played hockey, football, baseball and participated in track and field. For post-secondary education, Dr. Wilson attended Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he completed his next four years of studies earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During his time at CMCC Dr. Wilson worked as team trainer with the Toronto Titans of the Greater Toronto Hockey League and the Markham Royals (Jr. A) of the Ontario Junior Hockey League. He is now the team rehab specialist along with the coach of the Lucan Irish Junior C hockey team.
Dr. Wilson is a hands-on diversified practitioner and offers services such as Spinal Manipulation (adjustments), Soft Tissue Therapy, Rehabilitation and Patient Education amongst others. He is also certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Wilson likes to tailor his treatment plans specifically to each patient which aims to decrease their pain, improve their function and achieve their specific goals.

Menolution is a strength based program designed specifically for women perimenopausal. Over the course of six weeks, women will participate in progressive strength training to meet the physiological changes their body is experiencing. The program blends education, open conversations and functional rehab to improve sleep, manage hot flashes and understand mood swings associated with this life phase. Together, we will remove the pause, and add a solution. You must be a current patient of Dr. Nicole Insley and had a recent subsequent visit or complete an initial chiropractic intake or subsequent visit, prior to participating.
