Tui Na is a therapeutic form of Chinese medical massage that uses hand techniques such as kneading, rolling, and pressing to target acupressure points, promote circulation, and relieve tension. It is beneficial for musculoskeletal issues, joint pain, and overall relaxation, enhancing the effects of acupuncture and other TCM treatments.
