Dylan is a Registered Psychotherapist working with children (Ages 7+) and adults for general mental health concerns.
His goal is to empower your relationship with yourself and assist you in being the most authentic version of yourself that is possible. He focuses on being down-to-earth and approachable while working on goals collaboratively with you. Developing a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable and open is crucial to him. I use evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Trauma-Informed approach to help clients with anxiety, depression, self-image, relationship concerns, and more.
Dylan grew up living in Santiago, Chile, and traveled around many parts of the world. He was exposed to many different cultures that have helped him grow an appreciation for different ways of life. He was used to not always fitting in and learned to understand and share the feelings of others.

Individual Counselling Session with Mandy or Dylan
This session provides a dedicated, neutral space for you and your partner to explore relationship dynamics, improve communication, and safely navigate conflicts. The goal is to build practical tools for deeper connection and mutual understanding. How booking works for couples: Separate Profiles: Jane requires a separate patient profile for each individual for privacy and charting. Intake Forms: Both partners must fill out their own intake and consent forms before the session. Insurance Receipts: Receipts can be split or issued to the primary payer, depending on your insurance requirements.

Continuation of your ongoing online therapy. We will build on your strategies, track your progress, and continue working toward your therapeutic goals. Format: 100% online via Jane’s secure video platform. Prerequisite: For existing clients who have already completed an initial assessment.
