She is deeply passionate about learning and understanding how the body works, with a special interest in fascia and the body’s natural ability to heal itself when given the right support. This curiosity has led her to continue expanding her knowledge and skills, currently studying Manual Osteopathy to further deepen her approach to holistic care.
Edna is also a certified Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, incorporating gentle and effective techniques to support the nervous system, release tension, and promote overall balance in the body.
