Ehren is a physiotherapist that aims to help you realize your full potential as a runner, no matter what background you may come from. With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, he combines his past experiences as a competitive figure skater, dragon boat paddler, and runner to offer a fresh perspective on the movement analysis of body mechanics.
During an assessment, Ehren looks at the big picture to really get to know who you are and what your goals may be. He uses this to contextualize the identified strengths and weaknesses in a way that matters to your health and performance. He draws from his background as a strength and conditioning coach to cue movements and exercises so that you can understand how to have better control over your body.
If you are looking to learn how to train in a more sustainable manner, Ehren is a patient and attentive resource that you can lean on to help write the next chapter of your running journey.
Outside of the clinic, you might find him running up the roads of East Van or making a splash on False Creek.

A focused physiotherapist-led session for runners. Use it to retest your Score, update your plan, or continue treatment for pain, mobility, or recovery. May include manual therapy, movement coaching, or exercise progression based on your needs. Ideal for check-ins, targeted updates, or focused hands-on work between longer sessions.
A longer follow-up for more complex needs, deeper reassessment, or advanced treatment. Can be used to review your Score and plan, adjust exercises, or continue care for ongoing issues. Fully guided by a physiotherapist. Best for runners needing more time for treatment, education, or detailed movement work.
A short screening with a RunReady Physiotherapist to help you figure out the right place to start. This is not a full movement or treadmill assessment, and does not include a Score, footwear Match, or exercise plan. Instead, it’s meant to introduce the RunReady system, answer questions, and recommend the best next step based on your goals and symptoms. Best for runners who want a consultation with a physiotherapist before booking a full session.
A traditional physiotherapy assessment designed specifically for runners dealing with pain, tightness, or injury. Includes movement testing, hands-on treatment, goal setting, and corrective exercises tailored to your symptoms and how you run. Ideal for runners managing pain, recovering from injury, or working through mobility and strength limitations.
Our standard assessment includes a full-body movement test, your RunReady Score across Absorb, Bounce, and Stability, and a footwear Match based on how you move. You’ll receive a personalized plan and exercise program that shows what to fix, what to wear, and how to train. Your Score gives you a clear path to your goal, whether that’s running longer, running faster, handling technical terrain, or running pain-free and more consistently. Ideal for any runner building a stronger foundation or looking to understand how ready they are to take on specific runs or training challenges.
Designed for runners who want to compete and set new PRs. Includes everything in the standard program (movement assessment, footwear matching, a tailored exercise program and a Performance Score), plus a treadmill analysis for deeper insights, more precise scoring, and advanced recommendations.
