I provide support to individuals, adults, teens, and children (starting at 5+). I specialize in relationship and attachment concerns as well as sex and sexuality. That said, I also help in navigating a range of other areas, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, emotional regulation, women's issues, compassion or empathy fatigue, life transitions, and ADHD.

An ADHD assessment is a comprehensive evaluation designed to determine whether difficulties with attention, focus, organization, or impulse control are consistent with an Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnosis. ADHD can look different across ages and settings, and a thorough assessment helps to build a clear and accurate picture of how these challenges are showing up in daily life.
