This 3-hour virtual workshop with Dr. Annie Coughlin (ND) and Ms. Elisa Pitamber (RD) is designed to provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge about your body, your cycle, and the many factors that can influence fertility. Combining evidence-informed naturopathic medicine and nutrition strategies, this workshop will help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and direction. Together we will explore topics such as: Why fertility can feel more challenging today; the 3-month fertility window and why it matters; understanding your menstrual cycle and fertile window; common fertility-impacting conditions and underlying root causes; the role of hormones, metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep, and environmental factors in fertility; how food and nutrition can support egg quality, hormone health, and reproductive outcomes; and practical nutrition strategies for fertility optimization. Whether you're just starting to think about conception or actively trying to conceive, this workshop will provide actionable tools from both a naturopathic and nutrition perspective.
This session will explore your health history, as well as your lifestyle and nutritional goals to better understand your unique needs. Whether you’re managing a health condition, working to improve your relationship with food, or striving to feel your best, this session sets the foundation for sustainable changes.
