Elisha is a graduate of the 3000-hour diploma program of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy of 2009. Her path to becoming an RMT includes years of competitive gymnastics, professional dance training, and a yoga practice.
Her in-depth training includes strategies in deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Craniosacral, and holistic approaches to body-mind well being. She is constantly updating and complementing her trainings with post educational workshops and seminars.
Her specialties include: stress management, muscle tension and anxiety, pregnant women, and complex pain patterns. Elisha has a generous, experienced and varied approach, with an intuition for highlighting specific strategies, including “homework", individualized for each client.
When Elisha is not at the clinic or researching health and well being-- she is trying to keep up with her two young boys, and caring for her garden and animals.
