Elizabeth is a registered physiotherapist since 2015, with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is always working to expand her skill set, attending continuing education courses and reviewing the literature to help her clients improve through evidence-based practices.
She strongly believes in taking the time to educate clients and coach them through their individual exercises, using a variety of manual therapy techniques and dry needling to help with movement and activity. Her goal is to provide clients with the information and direction that they need in order for them to be active participants in achieving their rehabilitation goals, while having fun along the way.
Elizabeth has experience with a variety of orthopedic clients from weekend warriors to high level athletes. She has a special interest in persistent pain, particularly working with people with complex regional pain syndrome.
Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys playing roller derby, bouldering and exploring the BC mountains.

He personalizes individual treatment programs to prevent physical impairments, disabilities and to restore overall function. As registered Sports Physiotherapist (PT) he also organizes and directs programs for pre-season screening, first aid, rehabilitation, education and counseling for athletes, coaches and others concerned with sports.

Vestibular Rehabilitation (physiotherapy) is an evidence based approach that involves the assessment and treatment of dizziness/vertigo and balance impairments. After an individualized assessment and identification of the factors triggering the episodes of dizziness, appropriate techniques may be completed to help address your symptoms along with advice and an exercise program that is individual for each patient. The exercises are often aimed at exposure to decrease the nervous system’s sensitivity to the stimuli. Once the assessment is complete, your therapist will recommend an individualized treatment plan to guide your recovery.
