Elizabeth is a **Registered Acupuncturist** and **Massage Therapist**. She graduated from _Grant MacEwan University_ in 2011 from their 2200hr Massage Therapy program and 3 year Acupuncture program in 2014.
Elizabeth uses her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine along side her experience and knowledge gained through her massage therapy career to help treat a variety of conditions including, but not limited to: body pain/musculoskeletal disorders, headaches, women’s health, digestion and anxiety. Elizabeth has a passion toward her craft and enjoys broadening her scope of practice through continuing education.

In her free time, Elizabeth can be found out in nature with her partner and their 2 dogs. She enjoys hiking, camping and long distance running. She has a passion for self care and sustainable wellness.
Elizabeth looks forward to working with each and every one of her clients on their journey towards health through massage therapy and acupuncture.
