Ellen is a dedicated registered massage therapist who prioritizes listening to her patients, understanding how their daily lives are affected by their symptoms. With extensive experience and numerous case studies, Ellen is confident in her ability to apply appropriate methods for addressing pain and injuries stemming from various sources, such as sports, work, pregnancy, persistent pain, and complex medical issues.
In her massages, Ellen employs a diverse range of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial and trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques, and joint mobilizations. She is meticulous in controlling pressure to target the correct tissue depth, ensuring the most effective and true structural change.
Before relocating, Ellen managed a fitness center called California Fitness in Korea. In this role, she learned the significance of exercise and an active lifestyle in contributing to people’s well-being. She also had the opportunity to explore various rehabilitation methods and pain relief practices, all of which now influence her treatment approach.
Ellen is an incredibly passionate individual who constantly seeks new challenges and never ceases to strive for improvement. During her off days, she cherishes spending time with her family and indulging in the search for delectable gourmet restaurants. She also has a deep love for travel, often spending her summers in campgrounds, enjoying endless campfire nights.
