Born and raised in Brazil, Ellen developed a passion for helping people overcome physical limitations and achieve their full potential. After completing a degree in physiotherapy and working 10 years in Brazil, moved to Canada and continued her education at the University of Toronto.

Ellen's approach to physiotherapy is patient-centered, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether working with athletes, post-operative patients, or those seeking to manage chronic conditions, Ellen takes an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, incorporating exercise, manual therapy, Graston technique, Dry needling,and other modalities as needed.

In her free time, Ellen enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends.
