This comprehensive assessment is for patients new to physiotherapy at the clinic or for those presenting with a new injury that has not yet been assessed by one of our physiotherapists. Time is allocated for a thorough evaluation of your concern and the development of a clear rehabilitation and treatment plan so care can begin right away.
Our recommended follow-up appointment for physiotherapy care. This session allows adequate time for reassessment, hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and guided rehabilitation to support meaningful progress.
A shorter follow-up appointment typically focused on hands-on care for an existing condition. Best suited for localized issues or when treatment does not require additional exercise or progression work.
An ongoing treatment appointment allowing time for a combination of hands-on care and rehabilitation or exercise-based progression, depending on your needs.
This session is part of a structured rehabilitation plan and is only appropriate after a full assessment has been completed. It is designed for guided strength and movement progression under clinical supervision to support recovery, improve movement efficiency, and build long-term resilience. You will be taken through targeted exercises specific to your plan, ensuring proper execution and progression. **This is not a standalone appointment and must be booked only if directed by your clinician.**
This follow-up appointment is for patients who have already completed an initial Vestibular / Concussion Physiotherapy Assessment. Sessions focus on reassessment, education, symptom management, and progression of vestibular and/ or concussion-specific rehabilitation.
