She loves that massage therapy gives her the opportunity to work with a various group of clients and to assist them as they work toward their goals for good health and balanced lifestyles. To meet each client’s individual needs, She blends a diverse set of modalities and techniques including but not limited to: a thorough assessment, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and muscle energy technique.

She is interested in attending more courses on an ongoing basis to be an efficient therapist for her patients. She is planning to continue with Yoga, Pilates and core strength training in the future. In her spare time, she loves to travel, hike, cook, read books and spend time with friends and family. She always welcomes any questions and is ready to help new patients improve their quality of life.
