I’m Elyse Boudreau — I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Halifax campus in May of 2025 and have been treating since then at home in Cape Breton. I’ve always been super passionate about health, wellness, and anything to do with sports.
I love helping people feel their best — whether that’s easing everyday tension, speeding up recovery after a tough workout, or just giving you a moment to relax and recharge. With my background in sports and an interest in holistic wellness, I like to tailor each treatment to what you need, so you walk out feeling better than when you came in.
