Elyse has experience treating TMJ dysfunction and offers prenatal massage. She practices within an evidence-informed, pain science framework, with a primary focus on calming the nervous system. Her thoughtful, client-centered approach supports each individual in feeling grounded, at ease, and more connected to their overall well-being.
Elyse has lived on the Sunshine Coast for over two years and has enjoyed exploring many hidden gems along the coast with her golden retriever, Samwise.
