Emilie Guimond-Bélanger is an experienced Life Coach who has also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is originally from Montréal and is now based in Toronto where she specializes in supporting her clients to experience more fullness in their life.
She is very passionate about guiding her clients to connect to their inner power and to find fulfillment by allowing their full potential to be expressed.
Emilie offers sessions to heal emotional wounds and trauma. She also teaches how to cultivate more energy by recognizing and transforming draining patterns and habits. To support a deep transformation, Emilie uses a powerful methodology of Embodied Meditation. This technique allows her students to be guided in exploring the roots of their challenges, distilling them into sensations in the body and alchemizing them to support their growth.
In her free time, Emilie enjoys dancing to Blues music and spending quality time with her partner and her two wonderful stepdaughters.
