Should the athlete sustain a concussion during the season, these pre-injury markers allow our team to guide them through a structured recovery plan and know exactly when it is safe to return to school and sport.

Please ensure you have already attended a physiotherapy assessment for a concussion, vertigo or other vestibular concerns within the last year prior to booking a follow up.

Ensure you have already attended a physiotherapy assessment within the last year for your specific body part/injury. Appointment averages 30-45 minutes. Please wear or bring a pair of shorts and a loose shirt for your treatment.

Book this if it's your first time being assessed for this body part or injury or if it has been more than 1 year since you were last seen for a specific body part/injury. We do not accept any WSIB or MVA claims.
