Emily graduated with Honours from Georgian College's Fast-Track Massage Therapy program in 2018. Her background is in Swedish massage, which can include techniques to maximize the body's range of motion, improve circulation and improve lymphatic circulation. She is also certified in cupping.

-Trigger point therapy associated with muscle tension and referral pain
-Relaxation techniques to decrease stress and tension
-Pregnancy treatments with an added pregnancy pillow for optimal support and comfort
