Emily is currently a student at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and is halfway through her program. She plans to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
With a background in studying kinesiology, Emily was inspired to shift her career path toward massage therapy. Her studies and lifestyle have helped shape her approach to care. As a student and future clinician, She is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for.
Emily offers relaxation treatments using a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, tailoring each treatment to the individual.
And she has a moderate understanding of conversational Cantonese and is happy to communicate in Cantonese to the best of her ability, though she is not fluent.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys staying active through trail running, bouldering, and weightlifting. She enjoys hearing about people’s travels and adventures and is always open to recommendations for great food and hidden gem restaurants."
