With her years as a competitive cheerleader, and coach in cheerleading and gymnastics, Emily found her passion for injury rehabilitation and prevention - in both sport and daily life! She aims to make her clients feel supported and empowered in their recovery journey. Taking an individualized approach to care, she incorporates education and movement into each session.
