Emily has been practicing massage therapy since 2017. Her interest in the human body began when she was a competitive rhythmic gymnast during her teen years, and has continued to grow and evolve ever since. Emily is a very curious practitioner, and will utilize all of her different modalities to get to the root of an issue and get you moving better. She uses myofascial techniques, fascial stretch therapy, medical acupuncture, traditional Swedish massage, and injury rehab programming to individualize treatment plans. When Emily is not working you can probably find her hanging out with her family (including her two dogs), camping, strength training, or trying to master (yet another) crafty hobby.
