Emily graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and has been working at RSWC since October of 2021.
Emily treats with a variety of Swedish Massage techniques including joint play, fascial release, and trigger point therapy. Through these methods she can treat various complaints from sports and overuse injuries to stress and relaxation. Emily enjoys being able to work with patients one on one and help them with their complaints. She believes that stress is significant problem in our society today and massage therapy is a powerful tool to combat it.

This is a reflexology treatment focusing on the hands.
Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones which are very smooth and retain heat. The massage is a combination of techniques with the hands and using the stones to massage. It is great for relaxation and pain and tightness in muscles. This massage is not recommended for those with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, open wounds/skin conditions or pregnant women.
This is a combination massage therapy with Indian head massage lasting 60 minutes.
This is a one hour subsequent visit for massage therapy.
