Emily is a Registered Physiotherapist who takes an active, evidence-based approach to rehab and performance. A graduate of Queen’s University (MScPT) with a background in Human Kinetics, she believes strongly that exercise is medicine and focuses on education, targeted exercise, and hands-on care when needed.
Emily has experience in both private practice and hospital settings and enjoys working with athletes and active individuals of all ages looking to return to the activities they love. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries and has experience supporting local high school sports teams both on and off the field.

In this appointment there is no assessment or treatment provided for your injury or condition. This is a 15min consultation with Emily that we offer to patients who are unsure what physiotherapy might entail, and who are looking for general guidance on what treatment path to take (e.g. physio, chiro, and/or massage).
This is a 45min extended follow-up session that allows us extra time compared to the standard 30 min follow-up. This is often offered to clients with multiple treatment areas or individuals who prefer more time with their physiotherapist to thoroughly review and progress exercises, as well as provide manual treatment.
This is a treatment follow up appointment you can book after your initial assessment with Emily. This session can include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education regarding your injury or condition.
This is a 60min appointment for all new patients. This includes a thorough assessment that involves reviewing the patient's medical history, performing a physical evaluation, and providing treatment.
This is a 60min assessment for any of our current physiotherapy and chiropractic patients who have a new complaint, or if it has been more than 3 months since your last appointment.
