Emily graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College’s South Surrey campus in 2022. She grew up playing various sports and was heavily involved in cheerleading and gymnastics for many years. She has taught strength and flexibility classes and has taken courses from the leading choreographers in Cirque de soleil. She fell in love with massage therapy after visiting an RMT for relief from an injury and seeing for herself the numerous benefits.
Emily can help treat a variety of conditions including headaches, tendonitis, anxiety, muscle strains and more. She combines a variety of techniques throughout her treatments with the goal to help restore and maintain your health and wellness as well as creating a relaxing space.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling to new places, hiking and being outdoors. She also loves spending time with her dog, Ollie.

Enhance Sport and Wellness supports student mentorship, educating and building future practitioners. Your time with these practitioners is appreciated, as it allows them to increase their practice time and knowledge outside of their school program before stepping into their field as a registered therapist. If you are considering booking with one of our non registered massage therapists please expect the following in a 75min session: 1. 10min assessment - this may include a history intake, a joint range of motion assessment, and/or a special test. 2. 50/60min of treatment - hands on massage therapy time. 3. 5min reassessment/homecare - follow up on initial tests that were done, and a stretch/strengthening exercise to take home. As these practitioners are not registered yet, unfortunately these services are unable to be billed to any extended health insurance companies.
