I have focused my career on providing rehabilitative massage, utilizing treatment for chronic tension and its related issues, postural imbalance and all forms of general stress.
I love working with patients to chart a course of treatment that is meaningful and effective to their individual needs. I believe that no two people are alike and no two treatments should be alike either. By taking the time to listen, properly assess and clearly communicate, we are able to build treatment plans together that best suit the needs of individual patients.
Nothing brings me more fulfillment as a therapist than helping a patient realize their own capacity to heal.

Treatment of the following areas: jaw, neck & ear
For those with general neck tension. New Patient Initial Assessment (45 minutes). Your session will be divided into three parts: 1 – Health history & assessment: 5-10 minutes 2 – RMT Treatment: 35-40 minutes 3 – Home care exercise instructions and treatment plan: 5 minutes
For those with general tension and chronic pain. New Patient Initial Assessment (60 minutes). Your session will be divided into three parts: 1 – Health history & assessment: 10 minutes 2 – RMT Treatment: 50 minutes 3 – Home care exercise instructions and treatment plan: 5 minutes
For those with general tension, chronic pain and complex presentation, New Patient Initial Assessment (75 minutes). Your session will be divided into three parts: 1 – Health history & assessment: 10-15 minutes 2 – RMT Treatment: 60 minutes 3 – Home care exercise instructions and treatment plan: 5 minutes
New Patient Initial Assessment Massage Therapy– (60 Mins.) Your initial session will be divided into three parts: 1 – Health history & assessment: 20-40 minutes 2 – RMT Treatment: 20-35 minutes 3 – Home care exercise instructions and treatment plan: 5 minutes
New Patient Initial Assessment Massage Therapy– (75 Mins.) Your initial session will be divided into three parts: 1 – Health history & assessment: 30-40 minutes 2 – RMT Treatment: 35-45 minutes 3 – Home care exercise instructions and treatment plan: 5 minutes

Your initial session will be divided into three parts: 1 – Health history & assessment: 30-45 minutes 2 – RMT Treatment: 45– 60 minutes 3 – Home care exercise instructions and treatment plan (recommended treatment for more complex presentations and symptoms, or for those wishing for longer hands-on time)
