This appointment is for current Physiotherapy patients who would like to review their current exercise program prescribed by their Physiotherapist, with our Physiotherapy Assistant. This appointment is not eligible to be submitted to any private health insurance. (MVA & WCB are the exception).

This follow up appointment is for anyone who has already completed an assessment at our clinic. If it has been longer than 3 months since your last visit, a 45 minute appointment is required. If it has been longer than 6 months, a new assessment is required.

This appointment is for patients who have already been assessed by a Physiotherapist at our clinic. If it has been longer than 3 months since your last visit, a NEW PATIENT ASSESSMENT is required.

This assessment is for individuals who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, are entitled to accidental benefits, and it has been longer than 90 days since the day of their accident.

This appointment is for individuals who have been in a motor vehicle accident in the last 90 days. You must have an active claim number and an assigned case adjustor with your insurance provider.

This is follow up treatment after your Initial MVA Assessment, within 90 days since the date of your motor vehicle accident, and you have not exceeded 21 single body site treatments.

This follow up appointment is for individuals who have been in a motor vehicle, previously assessed at our clinic, and it has been longer than 90 days since the date of their accident. *Please note, based on Alberta Motor Vehicle Legislation, your extended health insurance benefits will be the primary payer for these appointments.

This appointment is for any males assigned at birth who are experiencing urinary/bowel urgency or incontinence.

First time appointment for all new client's OR current patients who have not followed up with their practitioner in 6 months or longer.

Assessment and treatment of dizziness and/or balance impairments.

This treatment is for anyone who has already completed a Pelvic Health Assessment and upon discussion with the Physiotherapist, has recommended a 45 minute treatment session.
