Emma Kampert is a kinesiologist certified by the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a minor in Psychology from UBC Okanagan, where she developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves and functions.
An active individual herself, Emma enjoys working out, playing soccer, and skiing. She works with a variety of clients, including those recovering from injuries, ICBC patients, and individuals looking to improve their strength and mobility through personal training. She finds joy in helping people progress and reach their goals, whether it’s regaining movement, building confidence in exercise, or returning to daily activities pain-free.
Emma’s approach to kinesiology is both knowledgeable and compassionate. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered to take charge of their health.
Outside of work, when she’s not staying active, Emma enjoys crocheting and unwinding with creative projects.
