Eric is a graduate of the four-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO), widely recognized as the gold standard for osteopathic education in Canada. He is also an instructor at the CAO Calgary campus, where he contributes to the training of future osteopathic practitioners.
Eric has always been passionate about physical activity, wellness, and helping others. Discovering osteopathy allowed him to combine these passions in a way that felt both meaningful and natural. Since then, he has dedicated himself to studying, understanding, and practicing this holistic science, which facilitates the body’s natural ability to stay healthy, active, and pain-free. This philosophy is at the heart of Eric’s approach to care.
Outside of his practice, Eric enjoys staying active on the soccer field, on the dance floor, and exploring nature with his family.

Your first osteopathy appointment is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand you and your body. The session begins with a detailed discussion about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. This helps identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction, not just the symptoms. A physical examination follows, which may include posture assessment, movement tests, and gentle hands-on evaluation. Based on the findings, treatment may begin in the same session using a combination of manual techniques such as soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, stretching, and advice on movement or exercises. You’ll also receive a clear explanation of what’s going on in your body, what to expect from treatment, and a personalised plan moving forward.
Follow-up appointments are designed to continue your care and build on your initial consultation. These sessions focus on reviewing your progress, reassessing movement and symptoms, and providing ongoing osteopathic treatment tailored to your needs. Treatment may include hands-on techniques adjustments to your treatment plan as your body responds. Follow-up appointments help reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery and prevention.
