Eric Mah is a warm and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) dedicated to alleviating pain, promoting relaxation, and improving your quality of life. Eric is also a certified Kinesiologist giving him a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and exercise. Drawing from a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and joint mobilizations he customizes each treatment to meet the unique needs of his clients to optimally achieve timely pain-relief and long-term wellness goals.

Whether you’re an athlete, office worker, are dealing with ongoing physical or emotional stress, or just want to maintain your physical well-being, Eric is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to better health.
