Eric graduated from the Shiatsu School of Canada in 2007 as a Shiatsu Therapist, after which he graduated from the Wellspring College of Massage in 2009. Eric's approach to massage involves both Eastern and Western techniques, as well as hot stones and reflexology massage.
The knowledge that Eric has gained from Shiatsu therapy allows him to excel with deep tissue massage which can further help to relieve muscles tension, and various trigger and pressure points. In addition, Eric's hot stone massage technique can help to relax muscles in the nervous system and parasympathetic system which works to further help slow the heart rate, increase gastrointestinal (G.I.) and gland activity.
