60 min - $100 Your initial BodyTalk session begins with a brief conversation about your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns. You’ll remain fully clothed and relax on a treatment table while gentle muscle testing is used to identify imbalances within the body. Each session is guided by your body’s priorities, helping to restore communication and support natural healing. Every session is unique and tailored to your individual needs.

60 min - $100.00 Virtual sessions are done over phone or Zoom, and work just like in-person sessions, where I connect with your body’s innate wisdom to respond to its current priorities—which may shift as healing unfolds. Each session builds on the last, gently releasing layers of stress and imbalance. Many clients notice shifts in physical, emotional, and mental well-being over time.

This session is offered in a “drop in” type of model. While it does require the FREE CONSULTATION, you will not have to take part in an initial session. The Decompress and Refresh session is helpful for those who are feeling a lot of stress and overwhelm due to the challenges of life, but do not want to work on trauma processing or behaviour/attitude adjustment. This session is designed to naturally enhance your serotonin levels, the brain’s “feel good” chemical by positive suggestions during deep relaxation to your subconscious. This helps to naturally lift your mood, reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and well-being allowing natural ability to balance emotions and cultivate peace from within.
