Erica graduated with Honours from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Her journey into massage therapy was driven by a deep interest in the mind-body connection and a desire to make a positive impact through relaxation and healing.
She offers intuitive, relaxation focused treatments that blends Swedish massage, myofascial release and gentle stretching. Erica has a growing focus on facial, scalp, intra-oral, breast, and abdominal massage to support whole body wellness and nervous system regulation.
Her treatments are especially helpful for stress relief, chronic pain, TMJD, women's health, scar tissue, migraines, and post-concussion symptoms. She takes a collaborative, personalized approach to care-creating a calm, supportive space where pain is eased and healing is nurtured.
Erica is passionate about holistic wellness and committed to continued learning and advanced training. Outside the clinic, she finds balance by stating active at the gym, catching a spin class, or spending time in nature.
