Erica Roberts, RMT, has been practicing since 2016, with a special interest in fascial, visceral, MLD and cranial-fascial approaches to treatment.
Her postgraduate education has supported a deeper understanding of the bodies structures and how they function. Treatment is individualized and incorporates gentle, hands-on techniques, that support the body’s natural capacity for regulation and recovery while providing more ease within the tissues.
She works with individuals experiencing:
Musculoskeletal pain and tension, headaches and jaw-related discomfort, pre/post-surgical recovery support, lymphedema (primary and secondary), lipoedema, cancer support care, women’s health, pain both chronic and acute, joint mobility/laxity, visceral, fascial, and cranial-fascial connections for pain and dysfunction in the body.
Children and youth are welcome with parent or guardian supervision.
Advanced Certifications:
- Biodynamic Fascial Integration: 2.5 year program in fascial mobilization, visceral manipulation, cranio-fascial therapy
- Vodder: Level 3 Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Decongestive Therapy
- Neurokinetic Therapy: Level 2
- Somatic Explorations: multiple Pro-sections of the body in anatomy lab

TREATMENT = working with the cranio-fascial system in relation to the rest of the body. This is a gentle treatment, no oil is used, and we work through assessment and treatment of the cranial bones, membranes, and diaphragms. INDICATIONS = headaches, migraines, direct head trauma, concussions, sinus issues, TMJ issues, feeling of pressure in/around head, previous fractures of skull or face. CONTRAINDICATIONS = any condition that would increase intracranial pressure, and infections of the brain or meninges.

TREATMENT = working with the Lymphatic System where the skin is stretched in different planes to help stimulate the lymphatic vessels to take in more fluid from the surrounding tissues. No oil is used. It is relaxing and soothing for the nervous system INDICATIONS = lymphedema, lipedema, general support of the lymphatic system, edema/swelling, lymph node removal, cancer treatment (when approved by doctor), acute injuries, pre and post surgery, mastitis, tissue congestion CONTRAINDICATIONS = systemic infection. *Level 3 Vodder trained therapist. Not offering bandaging for Decongestive Therapy at this time (lymphedema/lipedema).
