Erika focuses on alleviating pain and helping patients regain their optimal quality of life. With a background in dance and active living, she believes in the importance of body movement for long-term health and function.
Erika is passionate about helping patients care for their bodies and understands the physical and emotional challenges of daily life, aiming to guide them toward their best self.
She uses techniques such as Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, and stretching to support her patients, encouraging active participation in their healing process. Her priority is to create a safe, supportive environment focused on achieving each patient's individual goals.
Erika graduated with honours from Vancouver Career College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree.
Outside of work, she enjoys gym workouts, Pilates, yoga, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. She values adventure, relaxation, and self-care in her personal life, bringing the same balance into her practice.
