Hello!
My name is Erika Knutson, and I am Kia Ora’s new Student Massage Therapist. I am currently completing my studies at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and am excited to be entering my second year of the program. I am passionate about learning how to care for the human body and helping others improve their overall wellness through massage therapy.
Outside of school, I am an avid runner currently training for a marathon, and I enjoy spending time hiking in the mountains. I have always had a strong interest in anatomy, movement, and the way the body functions, which inspired me to pursue a career in massage therapy. Along with my massage therapy education, my background in personal training has given me additional knowledge in movement, muscle care, and self-care techniques to help support clients in their health and recovery goals.
I am motivated to continue growing my skills and look forward to helping clients feel their best through therapeutic care and education.

A 90 minute treatment including a 60 minute Therapeutic Facial and Buccal Massage and a 30 minute Upper Body Massage. A therapeutic treatment that targets the muscles of the face, head, jaw, and neck while delivering the nourishing benefits of a facial using Eminence Organic Skin Care products. This service focuses on both the skin and the deeper facial muscles that often become tense, sore, and fatigued. Each session includes therapeutic massage, hot towel hydrotherapy, high-end skincare, and optional intra-oral (buccal) massage for deeper muscle release. Choose from four customized treatment options: firming, calming, acne care, or brightening. All treatments are performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and are eligible for insurance coverage. Please wait 2 weeks after Botox or fillers before booking, and pause retinol use 3 days prior to your appointment.
