The practice of Reiki involves the channelling of universal life force energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. This Japanese form of energy healing promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual healing by restoring balance and harmony within the body. During a session, the recipient typically lies down fully clothed, while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or above various parts of the body. The energy can promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall well-being.

Sometimes an hour is just doesn't feel like enough. This extended session provides us the time to dive a little deeper, gentle guidance and a card pull if desired.

These condensed energy healing session are specifically designed to allow children to feel comfortable and encourage autonomy. During a session the client may decide to sit or lay down fully clothed while the practitioner uses gentle touch or hover over various parts of the body. This non-invasive modality can help reduce stress and anxiety, balance sleep disturbances, promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall well-being.
