Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Erin has a strong passion for health and wellness. After completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Limerick in Ireland, she returned home to pursue her career as a registered Physiotherapist. Erin is dedicated to patient-centered, evidence-based care, taking a personalized approach to help individuals restore mobility and improve their quality of life. She has completed postgraduate training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the Lumbar Spine, as well as Level 1 training in the Physical Therapy Approach for Urinary Incontinence.
