Erin is the owner of Eastern Shore Wellness and a Registered Massage Therapist in both Nova Scotia and British Columbia. Practicing massage therapy for more than 20 years, Erin has worked in a variety of settings including luxury spas, cruise ships, and multidisciplinary clinics.
Having a passion to help people, her treatment goal is to help facilitate the body’s natural
healing process by customizing each treatment to suit the needs of the individual.
She has a multi directional practice using various massage techniques to reach that goal.
She uses a blend of deep and relaxing techniques to provide a therapeutic treatment that is both effective and enjoyable. Erin is also extremely skilled at providing stress relieving massage to treat headaches or promote deep relaxation.
Some of the techniques Erin uses in her practice include: Cupping, Deep Tissue, Swedish, craniosacral, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), joint mobilizations and myofascial.
In her free time, Erin can be found enjoying quality time with family and friends, paddle boarding or exploring nature with her dogs, Stella and Omar.

TMJ treatments are helpful for reducing tension in muscles surrounding and connected to the jaw. This helps to reduce pain and increase range of motion. During the treatment, both extra-oral (outside the mouth) and intra-oral (in the mouth) techniques are used. Your massage therapist will wear gloves when performing intra-oral techniques.
