Erin, a St. John’s native, grew up playing various sports, ultimately focusing on soccer. She competed both locally and nationally before joining the Memorial Seahawks Women’s Soccer Team during her university years.
In 2024, Erin earned a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, having previously obtained an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology (Co-op) from Memorial University in 2020. Her passion for sports drives her to work with athletes on fitness and performance, and she actively volunteers as a team trainer for a local Challenge Cup Soccer Team.
In her free time, Erin enjoys running, working out, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. She is dedicated to helping patients manage and improve their health and wellness, with a keen interest in pelvic health. Erin is eager to expand her expertise in this area at Higher State Wellness.
