For children (newborn - 14 years old). AcuTherapy, or is a gentle form of acupuncture designed specifically for children. Unlike regular acupuncture, it is needless and uses special tools that work on the surface of the skin to stimulate the energetic pathways (called qi) to increase circulation, calm the nervous system, and harmonize the body. This helps to balance the body and improve overall health. The treatments are quick, usually lasting from 5-15 minutes (age depending) and they’re very relaxing for kids. It’s a safe and soothing way to support children’s well-being without the discomfort of traditional needles.

Have you ever wondered why your acupuncturist asks to see your tongue? Tongue diagnosis is one of the oldest and most trusted tools in Chinese medicine. Like fingerprints, every tongue is unique—and that uniqueness can offer valuable insight into your health. The tongue provides a remarkable window into what’s happening inside the body. By observing its colour, shape, moisture, coating, and cracks, we can gain meaningful clues about overall health and wellbeing. Join Cathy on Saturday, April 25 for a one-hour, engaging and insightful conversation as we explore what your tongue may reveal about your digestion, energy, emotions, and more.
