From an early age, Erin was drawn to intuition, energy work, and the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. In 2016, after attending a psychic fair, she discovered Reiki as a way to bridge intuitive healing with practical well-being. She trained under Kristel Kernaghan at Divine Clarity, earning her Usui Reiki Master/Teacher certification, and has since expanded her knowledge in Regenerative Alchemy Somatic Coaching, hypnotherapy, Theta Healing™, and other energy-based modalities.
With a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach, Erin’s sessions blend intuitive energy healing with grounded, practical support. Her background in psychiatric nursing deepens her understanding of the mental and emotional aspects of healing, allowing her to hold space for deep relaxation and energetic realignment.
She is especially passionate about supporting mothers, helping them recognize their need for rest, nourishment, and healing. Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful space to recharge and reconnect.
Outside of her practice, Erin enjoys creating stained glass art, embroidering, reading romantasy novels, and adventuring with her family. She finds balance by walking by the water or wandering through the woods, reconnecting with nature’s quiet magic.

45 minute Reiki appointment. A gentle starting point if you are new to Reiki or want to try a shorter session. We will begin with a brief conversation for any questions, followed by hands-on Reiki time do you can settle and experience the work. This session is optional. If you are ready for a longer experience, you are welcome to book a 60 minute session instead.
60 minute reiki appointment A full session for deeper relaxation and nervous system support. We will begin with a brief check-in, then move into hands-on Reiki, allowing time to fully settle, soften, and unwind. This is a good option of you are familiar with Reiki or simply want a longer, more spacious session.
