This is a treatment time recommended for a targeted treatment of one or two therapeutic concerns. It is best used to address pre/post surgery lymphatic health, or as a follow up breast treatment in healthy breast tissue.
This is the most common treatment time booked. It generally allows for main complaints to be addressed as well as a couple of secondary concerns. The timing is enough to not over fatigue you if we are working in sensitive areas. Excellent for parasympathetic relaxation.
This treatment time is fantastic for achieving a deeper level of parasympathetic relaxation due to it's unhurried format. It allows for detailed breast work involving scars, chording, swelling, and can address complaints in other areas of the body all in the same treatment.
