This treatment is very beneficial for patients who have had a recent injury or surgery, seeking pain relief and reduction in swelling. In addition to acute conditions, BLD may be utilized to relieve chronic issues, or simply for maintenance.

Techniques incorporated may include: - Lymphatic Drainage - Indie Head Massage - Shiatsu Pressure Points - Buccal Massage (face, inner-oral) - Cupping - Guasha, Jade Roller - Myofascial Release - Swedish Massage May assist in: - Relieving headaches & migraines, post-concussion restrictions, sleep deprivation, brain fog, and more... - Decreasing pain & tension, and increasing range of motion of the neck & jaw - Softening of fine lines and tension lines of the face, head & neck - Optimizing the lymphatic system to increase circulation and reduce fluid retention Patients may have their entire head, neck and shoulder regions massaged with oil/lotion so we recommend arriving with a clean face, and bringing any personal post-treatment products needed (e.g. old hat or scarf for hair, lotion/sunscreen for face, etc).
